55 a nighy 250 a week 800 a month. Nice people. It was more then i was expecting. Stairs are killer but it is what it is. Update: been her almost a month. And must say aside from the train and loud neighbors its nice. Now throw there is roachs but just like any place theres a few some residents have alot but just stay on top of it and ur good
